The Dawn Collectiv, who self proclaim they are 'a collective of artists who share a likeminded dreams and aspirations' - have put together a sweet video that can be used to explain the madness that was The Upbeats 'Primitive Techniques' Album tour. This particular video came from the Christchurch event that was put on by Bass Freaks. Nice work all involved.

For Rhys Grosvenor, aka DJ Static, Rumble in the Jungle had always been a case of always being the bridesmaid, but never the bride. It would be easy to forgive him for never entering the competition again. In 2012 however, he put all that behind him on Saturday, 15 September at the San Francisco Bath House, and he immortalised his name as winner of the Rumble trophy for 2012. He beat out nine other champions in what was a tough competition.
