The month of May is known for a few things in the NZ music scene; NZ Music Month and of course, the regular Klute tour.
This year is no different, with Klute once again travelling from his mystical studio to cover NZ with his take on the Drum and Bass sound. And this time, hes doing it to promote his new album, Music for Prophet. If his past albums are anything to go by, then this one will be another piece of work to behold with the upmost revelry.
Read on for info on the tour, and a link to a recent mix of his.

Bass Frontiers nights are one of the oldest in the New Zealand Electronic Music scene, and it gives me great pleasure to announce that they are once again reaching another year old, hitting their 11th year.
With previous birthdays being a solid international affair, this time however, the BF crew are going back to their local roots, with a huge local line up likely to pack Sandwiches out as per usual.

State of Mind in association with Adio and Sabre, are proud to present the SOM Music New Zealand tour. This time around, State of Mind will be joined by one of Hungary's finest Drum and Bass exports, Jade. Also getting a piece of the action is the outstanding local producer from Christchurch, Dose. These two drum and bass stars are respected around the world for their tight production and dazzling Dj sets. The nights will also be hosted by one of New Zealand's upcoming vocal talents, MC Woody.
Yes I am pretty excited about this tour. For the first time in over 20 years, Dom and Roland is making his presence known to the NZ drum and bass scene with his heavyweight DJ style.
A regular on many heads top ten tunes lists, Dom and Roland is one of those producers who helped shape Drum and Bass as it is today. And the man is still putting out quality releases, the latest being the 'No Strings Attached' LP, after which this tour is named.
If you want to catch him, he's in Wellington and Auckland only, on the 5th and 6th of February respectivally. Don't miss it.
